We loved staying at Silvia’s Rose Apartment in Florence , from the minute we arrived it was perfect . We were greeted by Silvia and her husband , they gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything about the apartment and the area to us ! Great restaurants , pizza , and artisanal gelato at the entrance to the building ! And an easy walk to everything to see in Florence . The apartment is lovely , so clean and the beds are very comfortable . I absolutely loved the bathrooms , which were decorated with pretty tile accents. We would come back in a heartbeat !!

We honestly feel like we found the best place in Florence! Sylvia is an amazing host and very attentive to EVERY detail. Extremely clean, comfortable, very cozy, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, appliances that work, a basic supply of seasonings for cooking and a nice bottle of wine for guests to enjoy upon arrival! The location can't be beat, it is literally within walking distance of everything! Don't walk miles for delicious food, some of our favorite meals were minutes from Sylvia's apartment. A few doors down is Ke ci metto? A sandwich shop where you can just ask the friendly couple to make you something delicious and they will with a smile! A friendly little coffee shop two doors down with delicious pastries, gelato right next door and Trattoria Cesarino for dinner (where prosecco upon arrival and limoncello at the end are complementary) are all excellent! Sylvia's airbnb is absolutely delightful in every way! If we ever return to Florence, we know exactly where we will be staying! Thank you Sylvia for sharing your special little piece of Florence with us! Grazie! Grazie!

It is hard to choose what I liked most about Silvia's place because in my opinion, it gets a 5 in amazing amenities (authentic and charming Italian), sparkling clean (with all the supplies we needed to keep it that way for a month), quick responses (she lived right below us and was available for all questions), stylish space (on an authentic Italian street, not a tourist zone), local tips (a map and brochures with everything we needed to know), outstanding hospitality (from Silvia and Emmanuel), and thoughtful touches (bottle of wine on arrival, sachets in the drawers, bath products, everything). We stayed a month and I would go back in a heartbeat. We were booking for 3 weeks and realized the 4th week would essentially be free. Our friends came and stayed in the other bedroom for a week for a very low price. We were on the top floor and it was extremely quiet even though there was a lot of shopping and eating traffic on the street. There are no motorized vehicles allowed on the street; however watch for bicycles! Immediately below us was Cantino del Gelato, my new best friend that made me gluten-free crepes and dairy-free gelato. Heaven! We saw Silvia's other apartment and want to bring the whole family back to stay in both units. I was extremely happy in our unit because Silvia thinks of everything. I highly recommend a month in Florence. It was very hard to leave.
